But this one might\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">It\u2019s been twelve years since June last saw Ryan Henderson\u2014the guy who won our high school war of wits and then had the nerve to dangle an almost-kiss over her like some cruel joke. I was <em>so<\/em> over it. Or at least, she thought it was. But now he\u2019s back in town for their best friends\u2019 wedding, and suddenly, all those old feelings (and grudges) come rushing back.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">June\u2019s plan is to show him just how great her life is now. She own a bakery, She\u2019s thriving, and she <em>definitely<\/em> doesn\u2019t have time to dwell on the way he looks even <em>better<\/em> than he did back then. But Ryan? He\u2019s not playing fair. He\u2019s charming, flirtatious, and acting like our rivalry is just an excuse to get close to me. And the longer he\u2019s around, the more she start to wonder\u2026 is he just messing with her again, or is there something real between them this time?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Sarah Adams has done it again! <em>The Enemy<\/em> isn\u2019t a traditional enemies-to-lovers book, but that didn\u2019t make it any less adorable. The mutual pining? <em>Chef\u2019s kiss!<\/em> It had just the right amount of angst to make my heart ache, while still being light, fun, and so swoony.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">One of the things I love most about Sarah Adams\u2019 books is how they always put the biggest smile on my face. Her romances are cute but never lacking in chemistry. While her stories are closed-door, the tension and build-up between the characters are <em>electric<\/em>.
