This second book in the series focuses on Kristen\u2019s best friend Sloan, reeling from profound grief after losing her fianc\u00e9. \u00a0I obviously had high expectations with this book because the first one was\u00a0really<\/em>\u00a0good, but this one? OMG, I can\u2019t even find the right words to explain how beautifully written this book was! This book made me laugh, made me smile, and, I\u2019ll admit, made me cry in my office when I was finishing the book during my lunch. I can\u2019t tell you how much I enjoy Jimenez\u2019s books and the immense amount of heart she imbues them with.<\/p>\n

Wonderful 4.5 stars for this novel. This book was exactly what I needed this month. We get a swoon worthy romance, an adorable dog (I loved Tucker!), laugh out loud friendship, witty banter via flirty text messages (so fun) well placed angst, emotional drama and some serious steam.\u00a0<\/p>\n
