This is the final book in this installment for Adams. While it was not my favorite in the series, it was a second best. This one was probably the slowest of burns for the series and you could really see the chemistry with these two!! I really enjoyed Madison\u2019s vulnerability & the few chapters back in NYC were a fun change to the setting. Adams does a wonderful job painting the picture of this small town & I loved seeing the previous characters in this one. <\/p>\n

Four stars for this finale. Returning to Rome is always sweet, heartwarming, and uplifting. I adored this pairing. Madison\u2014with her lively spirit, big heart, and search for purpose\u2014and James\u2014the steady, charming, quietly smoldering cowboy who has best book boyfriend potential written all over him\u2014are absolutely perfect for each other. And Tommy? He 100% earned his own book. The flashy LA city boy absolutely needs his own journey back to Rome!<\/p>\n
